New Client Checklist

When Booking an Estimate

           1. Have times when your available for an In Person estimate
          2. Review our services offered and share the services you are interested in at time of estimate booking so we send                 the correct person for the estimate
          3. Pests- We can come for an estimate, but if there is an active pest infestation we cannot proceed until an                               exterminator has come and there has been 6 weeks of no activity before any cleaning services and fees may be               charged due to having to dispose of materials used after service is complete

Before we arrive for an estimate:
          1.  Put any pets in secure location while we complete the estimate
          2. Make sure directions provided are clear especially if your location is known to be difficult to find
          3. Please make sure there is ample space for us to park

 

Cleaning Appointment Checklist

     BEFORE WE ARRIVE TO THE DAY OF SCHEDULED SERVICE:
          1. MAKE SURE you have left a key, and entry instructions if you won't be there

          2. Any extremely fragile should be placed in more secure location or make us aware of any fragile items for their                                     protection and we will make sure to avoid  those items

          3. Put away any important documents or receipts to ensure they are not part of waste removal or cleaning                                               services

          4. If the house we are cleaning is empty, the location must have all utility services active in order to perform any                                     services.  *If no power and water is available the day of service a fee will charged for cancelled appointment as we will                   be unable to complete the job

          5. Please make sure any product preferences or chemical restrictions are addressed prior to appointment

          6. Pets: Please make sure all pets are placed in an area that is secure and away from the foot traffic of the                                                  employee crew. We are in and out of the location so for everyone's safety this is best.


Cancellation Policy: 

A notice of 24 hrs prior to your appointment is required for cancallations. Any appoitments cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance we will charge 10% of the estimated price.    IF WE SHOW UP TO A JOB OR WE ARE ON THE WAY TO A JOB AND YOU CANCEL, or we arrive and are unable to do the job bc of a mistake made on your part (such as no electricity) - IT WILL BE 25% OF THE ESTIMATED PRICE.  unfortunately, when things like this happens, it results in lost wages for our employees and lost job opportunity and money for the business. Not only do we lose money by not being able to put another job in its place, we also lose money having to pay our employees for coming out to work that day.  it is only fair that an employee is compensated for that time, but we cant have it come out of our pocket.
